About Neil Pattison

Ethos

Neil is a Christian and has a living, on-going relationship with God. This relationship allows him to meet people where they are at and to come alongside them. The counselling model he uses has a Christian ethos and he also draws on the psychology skills and techniques he learnt during his counselling degree and further study.

Neil's background

Neil studied Theology and Counselling, to degree level at London Bible College (now London School of Theology). He previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor.

Neil has subsequently added over seven years of post-qualification experience and is a Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. He also has gained accreditation as a Counsellor with the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC).

Neil is also a qualified counselling Supervisor and has worked in this capacity for over three years.

Originally from Leeds, Neil lives on the outskirts of Liverpool with his wife.
