What can you expect?Counselling can be extremely beneficial, but the timing of the counselling and the ability for a counsellor and a client to connect are crucial. - A 30 minute session is offered free of charge to start with, to explore whether it is the right time for you to have counselling. Sessions after this are 60 minutes long and arranged at intervals to suit you and your situation i.e. weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
- The counselling venues are warm, safe and inviting.
- A strict standard of confidentiality is upheld, subject to certain exceptions which will be discussed with you on your first visit. All issues brought for counselling are considered on an individual basis. If I think you might benefit from seeing another therapist, I can refer you to the relevant person or organisation.
VenuesVarious venues are available within the Liverpool area and I try to arrange a venue that will best suit you.
